Once you have paid your deposit for your new door, our customer service team will contact you via email or mobile to confirm your order. We will review everything with you to ensure the size and door layout meet your expectations before proceeding to manufacture your door.

 

We specialise in creating bespoke doors tailored to your specific needs. Whether you require doors in non-standard sizes or unique configurations not listed in our configurator, we can accommodate your request. Please get in touch with our customer services team, and we will be happy to assist you with your inquiry, providing personalised guidance and ensuring your requirements are met with precision and care.

We aim to provide prompt service, although lead times for our bespoke doors can vary. Typically, delivery times depend on the type of door:

  • Bifold door: Standard colours usually take 3 to 4 weeks, while premium colours may take 5 to 6 weeks.

 

  • French door: Expect delivery in 3 to 4 weeks for standard colours, and 5 to 6 weeks for premium colours.

 

  • Sliding door: Delivery times are approximately 5 to 6 weeks for both standard and premium colours.

 

If you require expedited delivery, please contact us directly. We always strive to accommodate our customers’ needs and will endeavour to prioritise your order whenever possible.

Yes, if you prefer a separate home visit without using the configurator, please contact us via phone or email. We can arrange a site visit for £170 to discuss your requirements in person and ensure we provide the best solution for your needs.

 

Harlie Doors covers the entire United Kingdom, offering nationwide service. Additionally, we can source doors internationally. For international orders, please contact our customer service team first to discuss your specific requirements.

Yes, we do. You can request installation as an optional extra when configuring your desired door through our configurator.

To ensure accurate measurements, measure the size of your aperture from brickwork to brickwork and subtract 10 millimetres from both the height and width dimensions. If you’re uncertain about your measurements, you can use our configurator to customise your door. During the configuration process, you can opt for a site survey at the end. We will conduct a site visit before manufacturing your door to confirm the measurements and ensure everything is precise.
